How we write
BiziBiz provides guides for small businesses in Israel and a marketplace for buying and selling businesses. This page explains how we prepare our guides.
Who writes
Amir Egel, founder of BiziBiz, is the named author of our guides. Amir is not a lawyer or accountant. Our legal and tax guides link to official sources and remind you to confirm with your accountant how the information applies to your business.
From question to guide
We choose topics from real questions business owners ask. We use AI tools to research and write a draft, then carry out two separate checks: a fact check against the sources cited in the guide, and a check for usefulness and writing quality. Posts that fail either check are not published unless Amir reviewed and approved them himself.
Amir's review
Amir reviews guides. A guide he reviewed and approved carries the line “Reviewed by Amir Egel”. A guide that passed both checks may be published without that line.
Sources
We link every factual claim to its source and prefer official sources, such as gov.il, the Israel Tax Authority and the Bank of Israel. Our aim is to give you useful information you can verify and apply.
Who operates the site
BiziBiz operates this site. We do not publish paid placements or fake reviews.
